Good quality, delivery needs work
Ordered the Kenaz Signature EDP and a Bakhoor Kenaz. The EDP smells fantastic, very unique and lasts all day. The bakhoor also has a nice, authentic aroma. Placing the order online was straightforward, their website is easy to navigate. However, delivery took nearly 9 days to Chennai, which felt a bit long. I appreciated the tracking updates though. Customer support was responsive when I inquired about the delay. Product quality is top-notch, but they could improve on the shipping times for India, even if it's coming from Saudi Arabia. It's a solid choice for quality fragrances.
Reliable for good fragrances
This was my third order from Kenaz Perfumes, this time I bought the Royal Saffron. Like my previous orders (the Oud Wood Intense and a Room Spray), the quality is consistent. The packaging is always secure, and the perfume itself is excellent. Delivery took 6 days to Delhi, which is pretty standard for them. I keep coming back because I know what to expect.
